We appreciate your interest in applying for Financial Aid for the 2017 / 2018 school year.
We are blessed that once again a limited amount of Financial Aid is available to qualifying families. Once Financial Aid is exhausted, no more awards will be granted for that school year. Interested families must apply annually by the deadline of May 1st.
Florida Christian School (FCS) utilizes the online financial review service of Financial Aid for School Tuition (FAST). Families seeking Financial Aid must file an application online timely with FAST.
Our school policy requires that in order to be considered for Financial Aid, all of the following must be met:
- 2016 / 2017 Tuition Account is current (zero balance due)
- RenWeb Online Enrollment (OE) 2017-2018 application submitted and Enrollment Fee paid for each Student.
- 2016 required documents mailed directly to FAST within two (2) weeks of submitting the FAST online Aid application.
Only complete applications (steps 1 – 3 above) will be reviewed and considered for Financial Aid by FCS. Your application may be selected for a personal interview with the Business Manager as part of our review process.
Upon review of your complete application, FCS will mail a Notification of Consideration for Award Letter or a Denial Letter. Awards are granted for a term of one school year and offset tuition only. All Award recipients will be on the monthly Tuition Installment Plan (12 equal installments, June – May). There are additional fees that will be due to FCS from Aid award recipients. Fees you may be responsible for include, when applicable, Improvement Fee (family), Book Fees (Elementary), Class Fee, Middle / High School Activity Fee, Sports Fee, contracted Student Support Services, After School Care, etc. Any applicable fees will also follow the monthly plan installments.
The Tuition Enrollment Installment is due for each student at the time of enrollment or June 1, 2017. Enrollment is not complete until the Tuition Enrollment Installment is paid in full. The Award offered in the Notification of Consideration for Award Letter will be finalized for the 2017 / 2018 school year once the Tuition Enrollment Installment, due June 1, 2017, is paid.
