Mr. and Miss FCS 2009

 

The crowning of this year's Mr. and Miss FCS took place on Friday evening, April 27, at the Jr./Sr. Banquet which took place at Jungle Island. This year's Mr. and Miss FCS are Joshua Bazyler and Rebecca Danta both students started at FCS in 4K.

Joshua has been his class chaplain since 10th grade. This year he is also the National Honor Society Chaplain. He has received superior ratings through the Florida Bandmaster' Association and been part of the Florida Bandmasters' High School Honor Band. He is also part of the FCS band leadership team. Joshua has also be chosen as part of the 2009 Hall of Fame. He has been on the All A Principal's Honor Roll for the past three years and also participates in varsity boys' soccer. Joshua we are proud of you and your accomplishments.

Miss FCS, Rebecca Danta, has been her class president since 9th grade. This year she is the Vice President of the National Honor Society. She was chosen to be FCS's High School Dade Association of Academic Non-Public Schools' Star Student. She was also chosen as the Senior Superlative for Best Leadership and is part of the 2009 Hall of Fame. Becca, as she is known by her friends, has been on the Honor Roll and the Principal's All A Honor Roll. She also participates in girls' basketball and track and was nominated for the Miami Herald's Silver Knight Award in the Athletic Division.
