FCS’s PTCF (Parent-Teacher Christian Fellowship) hosted the annual Easter Breakfast for all parents in the Main Campus Cafeteria this morning, Monday, March 16th. Along with a delicious breakfast, parents were treated to musical entertainment by the Ladies High School Ensemble directed by Mrs. Jeannine Stemmer, followed by a very special guest speaker, Rev. Edwin Collado, lead pastor of Redeemer Church in Miami. Ms. Naty Pichs, PTCF Staff Advisor, shared that Pastor Collado’s touching message included how humble Jesus was, as demonstrated when He washed the feet of his disciples, even those of Judah, his future betrayer. Matthew 20:28 says, “The Son of Man did not come to be served, but to serve, and to give his life as a ransom for many.” As we approach the Easter season, our prayer for you and your family is that you will see this time for what it truly is: a celebration of the gift we are given, life everlasting through faith in Jesus, our Savior.
