Paul Vignau has been in the media, marketing, and advertising industry for over 25 years, working now as the General Sales Manager for Audacy in Miami. He is called to FCS because he believes a Christian education plays a valuable role in a person's life. Paul and his wife, Becky, have two sons.

Robert Lewis

Board of Directors, Vice Chair

Robert (Rob) Lewis is the co-founder and owner of Spiritus Law, a boutique business law firm that supports the responsible regulation of the hospitality industry. He feels called to use his experience to serve the ministry of FCS. He is married with children.

Ray Fernandez-Andes, CPA

Board of Directors, Treasurer

Ray Fernandez-Andes is the CFO of a privately-held company in the aviation industry. He believes we are called to serve the Lord with the gifts and talents He’s given us. Ray is passionate about seeing the Gospel spread through the work God is doing at FCS. He is married with two sons.

Alex Ledon

Alex Ledon has worked in the banking industry for 25 years. He believes children are the future, and supports the opportunity FCS has to come alongside parents to raise the next generation with the truth of God's word. He is married with two children.

Oliver Garcia

Board of Directors

Oliver Garcia is the owner and director of All Uniform Wear. His goal is to provide any resources he has available to help FCS continue to grow and impact children and families for years to come. He is married with five children.

Dr. Leigh Byers, DBA, MAML

Board of Directors

Dr. Leigh Byers works as a Leadership Coach at 7th Level Leadership Solutions and an Adjunct Doctoral Instructor at Liberty University while serving on numerous boards. She hopes to ensure the mission of FCS is sustained and remains a priority for years to come. She is married with two daughters and two grandsons.

Luis Rodriguez

Board of Directors

Luis Rodriguez spent much of his career working in the international markets of Central America, South America, and the Caribbean in the air conditioning industry. He also worked as an Adjunct Professor at Miami Dade College. He believes a Christian education is an excellent way to blend academic education with teachings about Jesus Christ. He is married with three daughters and two grandchildren.

Tania Reynardus

Board of Directors

Tania Reynardus worked as an educator for 20 years. She also served as a class sponsor, club sponsor, field trip coordinator, and was involved in numerous campus activities. She is passionate about improving academics and promoting spiritual growth for FCS students. She and husband, Jorge, have three adult children.

Bob Felder

Board of Directors, Varsity Cross Country & Track Head Coach

After leaving a successful corporate career, Rev. Bob Felder joined YWAM to establish a college campus ministry called WAVES. He currently works as the director of WAVES and uses his experience to speak at conferences, schools, and churches. He and his wife, Sheila, have three daughters.

Rev. Emanuel Roque

Corporate Board Member

Rev. Emanuel Roque has pastored in Miami since 1988. He has served churches throughout Florida through leadership ministries, church planting, and multicultural leadership. He fully believes FCS expresses excellence in Christian education, preparing young people for their life purpose to make a difference for Christ. He and his wife, Roxana, have three children and grandchildren.

Eric Schlottman

Corporate Board Member

Eric Schlottman currently serves as an academic mentor for Masters students in a Christian leadership program in Latin America and the Caribbean. He has experience in theological education and ministry training. He sees FCS as fulfilling a critical role in God's plan for the church and the world with teaching that is grounded in God's word. Eric is married with three children and three grandchildren.

Marta Ramirez

Corporate Board Member

Marta Ramirez-Corrales has worked in a leading human resources role for the last 25 years, with expertise in recruitment, compensation, training and talent development, and employee relations. She cares about children's overall development and education, including growing in ways that honor the Lord. She has been married for 32 years and has one daughter.

Joaquin N. Bello CPA

Married to his wife Veronica for 24 years, Joaquin Bello is the proud father of three children—Joaquin (Class of 2025), Valentina (Class of 2026), and Julian (Class of 2028).

His career began in forensic accounting, litigation support, and business valuation before moving into ERP consulting with national and international clients, leading to senior leadership roles with Florida International University, Interval Leisure Group, and Miami-Dade County.

Today, he serves as Assistant Director of Comptroller Finance Operations at the Miami-Dade Clerk of Courts and Comptroller. A respected leader, he has served on the South Florida Chapter of the FICPA board, presented nationally at the Alliance Conference (HEUG), and guest lectured at FIU and St. Thomas University.

Christy Escobar BBA, MACC

Master of Accounting, University of Miami

Proud alumna of Florida Christian School, Class of 2007, and now a grateful FCS parent. Christy married her high school sweetheart, Daniel Escobar (FCS Class of 2007), and together they are raising two future World Changers for Christ—David and Gabriel—who are proud Patriots and passionate about soccer.

After graduating from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting (2010) and a Master of Accounting (2012), She began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young. Over the years, Christy has specialized in industries including healthcare, retail, railroad, transportation and logistics, and hospitality. Today, she is blessed to run her own firm, Escobar Accounting Services LLC.

Christy's connection to FCS came full circle in 2019 when her oldest son, David, started first grade. Since then, She has remained active in the school community, including serving as a room parent. Florida Christian deeply impacted her life as a student, and now she feels honored to see that same Christ-centered foundation being built in her children. "It’s a joy to serve alongside a ministry committed to raising up young leaders for Christ."

Adrian Molina

Corporate Board Member

Adrian Molina is the Executive Pastor at VOUS Church in Miami, FL, where he has served since its launch in 2015. With over seven years in full-time vocational ministry, he brings a unique blend of leadership and expertise in both church development and organizational strategy. Holding a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Adrian previously worked as an Organizational Development Consultant for a large talent acquisition firm and the University of Miami.

He and his wife, Michele, have been married since 2016 and are proud parents to three current FCS Patriots. Adrian is passionate about empowering leaders, building disciples, and seeing lives transformed through the person of Jesus.

Joseph Padron

Joseph Padron currently works as the External Affairs Manager with Florida Power and Light. His passion is to support FCS in keeping the main thing the main thing: bringing students and families who are lost to life in Christ while developing well-rounded students. He and his wife, Becky, have three children.

Frank Rivas

Frank Rivas supervised microbiology and research laboratories in numerous hospitals and was the Laboratory Compliance Officer for all Baptist Health South Florida facilities. He is passionate about education and serving the Lord, and the opportunity to impact important decisions regarding student learning. He is married with two daughters and three grandchildren.
