We're thrilled to welcome you to Patriot Nation!

You’ll be joining the Florida Christian family at one of the most thrilling times in our history. You’ll study among students who are engaged in and out of the classroom in ways that will change the world for Christ. Each day, Patriots are challenged in their faith, growing in character, and redefining success — in the classroom, in the community, and among their peers. We can’t wait for you to join them.

Summer Events

Our scheduled meet-and-greets and a New Parent orientation dinner are designed to help you and your child transition well into Patriot Nation and start the journey of making life-long friends.

New Family Dinner – July 27th | 5:00-7:30pm

New Students will be toured, welcome swag, door prizes, orientation – all you’ll need to know for the first day of school.

Patriots Welcome Day – Friday, August 11

RenWeb/FACTS is a private and secure parents’ portal that will allow parents to view academic information specific to their children, while protecting their children’s information from others. You can see your child’s class schedules, grades, attendance, homework and conduct, as well as other useful school information.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION FOR NEW FAMILIES

DUE June 30, 2023 via email to registrar@floridachristian.org. Please do not drop them off at the main office.

Health Forms
- The Florida Department of Health requires that all newly enrolled students submit valid and current health forms to attend a new school:
  - DH 680 (Florida Certification of Immunization)
  - DH 3040 (State of Florida School Entry Health Exam)
Copy of the student’s Social Security Card
Final Grades/Transcripts
- Transcripts can only be received in the following way:
  - Emailed directly from the school’s official email address as a PDF document to registrar@floridachristian.org
  - A sealed envelope with official transcripts dropped off in our main office addressed to Registrar.
High School Students: Record of community service hours and any dual enrollment records.
If you have any award letters, please email them directly to the finance office at estherr@floridachristian.org.

We believe a high standard of dress encourages greater respect for individuals, students and others, and results in a higher standard of behavior. That’s why we strive to hold true to our uniform guidelines, indicating appropriate school dress during normal school days for every student. Our official school vendor is now All Uniform Wear. Uniforms can be purchased online and in-store at the 18705 South Dixie Hwy., Miami, FL 33157 location ONLY.

If you go through alluniformwear.com:

Click on School on the menu bar.
Then click on School Member Accounts on the right-hand side of the drop-down menu.
Click on “Schools By Letter – F” to find Florida Christian School.

EMBROIDERY

All boy and girl school uniform shorts and pants will now require the FCS logo to be embroidered onto them.

The FCS embroidery should be placed on the pocket of the pants and at the bottom of the leg on shorts. Embroidery can be done on-site at All Uniform Wear for no extra charge.

If you have already purchased your uniforms from All Uniform Wear but did not get them embroidered, you can take them back to the store to be embroidered at no extra charge as well.

Uniform shorts and pants purchased previously from Dennis Uniforms will be grandfathered in and allowed if it has a clear identifier that it is from Dennis Uniforms. For high school only: Black and white uniform shirts from Dennis Uniforms with the new FCS logo are also grandfathered in and may be worn next school year.

Uniforms will be exclusively sold at All Uniform Wear online and in-store at the 18705 South Dixie Hwy., Miami, FL 33157 location ONLY. Uniforms will NOT be sold at The Patriot Store.

AFTERCARE

CLASS PLACEMENT

2K-5^th Grade class placement notifications will be sent via email in early-mid August.

Class placement exams will be administered to all 5K-2^nd Grade students. Current students will be administered the exam during the month of May for the upcoming school year. New students will be administered the exam during June-July. Specific exam dates will be sent to the parents of new students during the month of May for exam registration.

Select your incoming grade below to download and fill out a Course Request Form. Completed forms may be dropped off at the front office or emailed to Mrs. Perez at patricia.perez@floridachristian.org. If your student selected an honors math course, they will need to take a placement test. After submitting the form, you and your child will be contacted by the principal or assistant principal for a one-on-one meeting to finalize their school schedule.
