Dear FCS Families,
We are grateful that FCS continues to entrust us with feeding your students. Since 2015, we have provided healthy, fresh and delicious meals to students across South Florida — what we consider the purpose of our existence. We have served Florida Christian School since 2017, our longest-standing partnership and one we work to earn again each year.
Preschool: 3K
Meals delivered to the classroom
Pre-K3 meals are ordered and paid through SchoolBitez, using your child’s Student ID. Order individual meals or purchase the whole month.

West Campus: 4K - 2nd Grade
Our team will be waiting with little trays, smiling faces and a fresh meal every day. Cafeteria hours are 7:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Two Forms for PK4–12 Families
À La Carte Account
REQUIRED FOR EVERY STUDENT
Every PK4–12 student needs an à la carte account with a payment method on file — whether or not they are on the Annual Lunch Plan. This is what lets your child buy from the school cafeteria; and for those on the Annual Lunch Plan, anything beyond the lunch, drink and snack included each day. Accounts top up automatically when the balance falls below $15.

OPTIONAL FOR EVERY STUDENT
169 serving days. One lunch, one drink and one snack every school day, at a set annual price. Pay in full or in ten monthly installments — and families paying by cash or ACH receive a discount. Cash is accepted for payment in full only. Full pricing is in your campus letter, linked below.

Allergies and dietary needs
In addition to entering any allergy or dietary restriction in your Meal Magic or SchoolBitez account, please email us at info@miamiprimecatering.com before school starts, and again if anything changes during the year. Those accounts control what your child can purchase; your email is what reaches our kitchen staff directly.
Adding funds, and how fees work
There are two ways to add money to your student’s à la carte account, and they do not cost the same.
Through us, using the À La Carte form: no fee by ACH. Credit and debit card payments have 3% added to the amount you select — a $50 replenishment charges $51.50, and the full $50 goes into the account. It tops up automatically below $15.
Through the Meal Magic portal: a 4% fee applies to every payment, including ACH. This fee is charged by the Meal Magic platform. Miami Prime Catering does not receive any portion of it.
Meal Magic does not offer automatic replenishment, which is why we set up a separate authorization. We expect to consolidate everything into a single system later this school year.
Paying by cash
Cash is accepted in person at the Main Campus Cafeteria (7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.) or the West Campus Cafeteria (7:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.). We will hand you a written receipt. Cash is accepted for the Annual Lunch Plan as payment in full only — please do not send that payment to the school office or with your child. Smaller amounts sent in with your child to top up their à la carte account are fine, as always.
