Hey parents,
We are so excited that this year we've partnered with 1st Day School Supplies for your school supply needs! They are going to save us up to 30% over shopping at big box stores like Target, Walmart, and Amazon. Better yet, they are the undisputed leader in custom kitting school supplies, providing us with only brand names you trust and respect like Ticonderoga, Crayola, Elmer's, and Clorox. Additionally, by purchasing one of these school supply kits, you will also be helping to support FCS, as this also serves as a fundraiser for our Preschool & Elementary program! So, what are you waiting for? Buy early and save!
*PLEASE BE AWARE: Parents, make sure to view your child's grade level supply list(s) on our website, as the items colored in red are NOT included in the 1st Day School Supplies kit and will need to be purchased separately for the start of school.

ATHLETICS
PHYSICAL FORM - ALL ATHLETES
In an effort to serve our families better, we will be transitioning to an online platform called Athletic Clearance to upload and sign athletic forms. You will now be able to sign the EL3 Liability Form, GA4 Transfer Form, and Student & Parent Sportsmanship Agreement online.
The links to view the 3 FHSAA compliance videos (Concussion, Heat Illness and Sudden Cardiac Arrest) is in the clearance platform along with a section to upload the course completion certificates. Additionally, you will have access to the new EL2 Athletic Physical Form and be able to upload the form after it is completed by a physician.
Below you will find the instructions to use Athletic Clearance along with answers to Frequently Asked Questions. Please note, NEW for the coming school year - each student must be cleared BEFORE they are eligible to tryout for a team.
For your convenience, we will be partnering with UHealth to provide a FREE on-campus physical day on Saturday, June 24th from 9AM – 12PM. If you need assistance with the new upload system, please feel free to stop by on June 24th for support.
