'26-27 Parent Student Handbook

This section serves as your central resource for important information throughout the school year. Here you will find the 2026–2027 Parent-Student Handbook and Uniform Policy, which outline the policies, procedures, and expectations that help our school community thrive. We encourage every family to review these resources together before the start of the school year and refer to them throughout the year as questions arise.

2026-27 Student Uniform Policy

Letter from the Head of School

Dear Patriot Families,

As we eagerly prepare to welcome our students back for another incredible school year, we want to thank you for your continued partnership and for the trust you place in Florida Christian School. We are grateful to walk alongside your family as we continue our mission of Educating World Changers for Christ.

To help your family prepare for a successful start to the 2026–2027 school year, the Parent-Student Handbook and the new Uniform Policy are now available on our website.

The Parent-Student Handbook serves as an important resource for our school community, outlining the policies, procedures, and expectations that help create a safe, respectful, and Christ-centered learning environment where every student can thrive academically, spiritually, and personally.

This year, we have made several updates and clarifications throughout the handbook to ensure our policies remain clear and reflect the continued growth of our school. To make reviewing the handbook easier, we have included a Summary of Updates at the beginning of the handbook, and all revisions throughout the document have been highlighted in yellow. We also want our Middle School and High School families to be aware of the important and extensive updates to our attendance policy. Additionally, we have created a dedicated Uniform Policy to provide families with a comprehensive guide to uniform expectations across each division.

We encourage every family to review both documents together before the first day of school and to refer to them throughout the year as helpful resources. A shared understanding of these expectations strengthens the partnership between home and school and helps us provide the best possible experience for every Patriot.

Have any questions? We're happy to help. Simply reply to this email or send an email to communication@floridachristian.org, and we'll make sure your message is forwarded to the appropriate department or staff member.

Thank you for your continued support, encouragement, and commitment to the mission of Florida Christian School. We are excited for all that God has in store this school year and look forward to another year of growing together in Faith, Character, and Success.

May God richly bless you and your family throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

With gratitude,

Dr. Wayne Smith
